Intermediate Engineer: Unreal
The thrill of creating new.
We’re a bunch of game veterans with some 90+ titles on the resume, thanks to values that put mentoring over dictating, curiosity over experience, and diversity over uniformity.
Now we’re building an original game with a team of people driven to excellence, eager to have a voice and create something they’ll be proud of forever.
This is where you come in.
We’re looking for talent, new to the game or grizzled vets like us, known for your curiosity.
Today, we’re looking for a Intermediate Engineer: Unreal, but we’ll soon be seeking other awesome folks across all disciplines; we’re just a toddler, growing every day, enjoying trying out new things and stumbling into great new ideas along the way.

What you'll own
Ensure our runtime systems and content integrate effectively and efficiently within Unreal Engine.
Guide your fellow engineers to effectively leverage what exists for Unreal and create what doesn’t. Show us how to make this engine purr.
Collaborate with runtime, tool, and backend engineers to design and implement game features of all sizes across most areas of game development, building robust systems underlying evolving gameplay.
You’re likely to contribute and experiment across most of our features because we’re creating the unexpected in our games, so our team needs to be willing to try things nobody has ever done, together.
What you'll bring
Several years of Unreal engineering experience. Generally we think you’ll have the right amount of “seen some stuff” if you’ve worked on 2+ titles.
A willingness to mentor junior engineers because we’re all about leveling others up.
Strong problem solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
A desire to make the best games possible on a solid, sustainable engineering framework. We choose more of “doing it right” versus “hacking it in for the next milestone”.
What would be handy to have
Graphics / rendering experience.
Experience with UX design and related tools like UMG.
Experience across multiple platforms (PC, Consoles, etc.).
What happens if you join us?
